All employees within the Care Sector who are involved in any form of manual handling
Course aim:
To ensure that participants have knowledge of the relevant statutory regulations and the practical skills pertaining to safe moving and handling techniques.
What’s included?
Theoretical and practical modules to cover the following topics:
• Legislation
• Inanimate Load Handling
• Sitting, standing, walking
• Bed mobility
• Hoisting
Duration: 1 day Time of course: 9.30am – 4.30pm
Please wear comfortable clothing and flat shoes.
